Administrative Assistant
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide vital clerical and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workplace. Working closely with the wider team, the Administrative Assistant will help maintain office operations, support communication across departments, and uphold key administrative procedures. They will also:

Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner

Organise and schedule appointments and meetings

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Draft correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required

Support the onboarding of new staff, including paperwork and scheduling

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Liaise with external contacts including clients, suppliers, and partners

Qualifications:

Marketing Manager
The role of the Marketing Manager is to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels, working as part of a cross-functional team to strengthen the organisation's brand, grow audience engagement, and increase market presence. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategic campaigns, overseeing execution, and monitoring performance to ensure business goals are met. They will also:

Manage digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising
