There are two ladies caring for my mother and providing 24-hour care and support. The way they take care of my mother shows that they are highly trained and possess excellent caring skills, including empathy, compassion, kindness, patience, perseverance, and knowledge, especially when it comes to managing my mum’s medication.My mum suffers from dementia and experiences constant mood changes, but they are incredibly understanding and adaptable. They adjust their approach to meet her needs, make her comfortable, and fit into her world, helping her feel safe, happy, and cared for.We are a large family with many children, and I have seen how professionally they handle each of my siblings while always keeping my mother’s safety at the centre of everything they do. As a result, they consistently safeguard my mother and ensure she is well cared for at all times.They go above and beyond, even during their own personal time. They have now become part of the family, and my mum seems much more comfortable when they are around. Whenever we take her out, she often wants them to be there with her.My mum likes to look good, and they always make sure she is immaculately dressed and well presented.It is truly a blessing to have these two ladies caring for my mother. Most importantly, it is wonderful to see that my mum is happy, comfortable, and well cared for.
